Todd Allmond serves as a Consultant for IBM Employment Branding. As a consultant, he researches, uncovers and expresses the authentic organizational culture for each company he works with. He uses both quantitative and qualitative research to gain insight into the explicit facts and unspoken truths that make each company culture unique. Mr. Allmond uses this proprietary organizational culture research in the development of the overall employment brand to improve recruitment, attraction, engagement and retention efforts. Prior to joining IBM, Mr. Allmond served as a marketing consultant and district product manager for a global OEM manufacturer. His strength and expertise in predictive/comparative analytics and past professional experience provide a unique and diverse consulting perspective for his clients. Mr. Allmond holds a Master of Science in Experimental Psychology from Georgia Southern University and Bachelor of Arts in History from Armstrong Atlantic State University.
