Amy serves as Director of Employment Branding, Social & Sourcing for IBM Talent Acquisition & Optimization. In this role, she oversees strategic direction of the offerings and ensures each solution aligns to the vision of the Recruitment Services business. Ms. Osorio joined the organization in 2004, and has more than 12 years of experience in recruitment outsourcing. She is a top leader in the business and holds recruitment experience in a variety of industries, such as aerospace manufacturing, automotive, insurance and consumer goods. She has also managed a global team of recruitment and branding professionals throughout APAC, EMEA, LATAM and North America. Ms. Osorio brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in operations, applicant tracking, compliance, global management, employment branding, P&L responsibility and process standardization. She holds a degree in Accounting and Business Administration, and previously worked for Kelly Services as a Staffing Consultant to the insurance industry.

Amy is considered a globetrotter by today’s standards, having traveled to Malaysia, Singapore, Uruguay, Argentina, France, Scotland, the United Kingdom, Guatemala, Canada and all over the United States. So it makes sense that she relaxes by having a pedicure, drinking wine, reading a good book and lounging by water when she can. In fact, any combination of these activities is pure perfection to her. Amy also loves canning things from whatever her husband grows and enjoys baking, fishing and watching her kids in all of their activities. Her dad is her hero and she loves Mexican food. Period.
