Adam Leuenberger,
Web Development Manager

Adam Leuenberger serves as Web Development Manager for IBM Employment Branding, where he oversees web-based projects, creates optimal user experiences through the latest practices and technologies, supports overall web and brand integrity, and reviews analytics to improve the online presence for global client organizations. His knowledge of web strategy and best practices, SEO/SEM, optimization and compliancy, and brand consistency makes him a vital asset to the interactive web team. Prior to his current role, Mr. Leuenberger served as the Quality Assurance Specialist, where he conducted all facets of website testing to ensure quality in both web and mobile technology requirements. He joined IBM in 2012 and held previous roles as a Senior Quality Engineer in financial services software. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Adam has lived all throughout the Midwest, including Nebraska, Iowa and Illinois. He is a self-appointed fantasy sports junkie and enjoys binge watching good television. His favorite food is pizza and clearing his head usually involves building Legos. Adam is a big fan of comedy, and he considers Ricky Gervais and Jim Jeffries his personal heroes. His dog can’t turn around on wood floors and must walk backwards to return to where he came from, which is particularly humorous. Before his web-focused career, Adam worked in nearly every retail setting you could think of. The magazine he would most like to be featured in is The Freethinker.
