The history: While participating in a Regional User Group event in New York for IBM® Kenexa® BrassRIng on Cloud in 2014, attendees from Lehigh Hanson listened to a presentation by Aaron Hofeling, Business Development Executive for IBM Employment Branding. This presentation led to further conversations where the team began exploring the possibility of building a new career site for the company that would utilize BrassRing API to integrate for job search.
The need: Lehigh Hanson recognized that to enhance its career site and better connect with candidates, it needed to partner with a team of experts to develop an all-new, mobile responsive site that integrated with BrassRing on Cloud. So the Employment Branding team designed a career site that featured the authentic culture of Lehigh Hanson’s internal brand and integrated with the mobile apply feature of BrassRing.
The solution: Working closely with Lehigh Hanson, the IBM Employment Branding team designed, developed and launched a new mobile responsive career site in June 2015 that featured all new content and design—and most importantly—integrated job search functionality with BrassRing recruitment technology. By integrating job search and showcasing its organizational culture, Lehigh Hanson can now use the new career as a tool to attract, connect with and retain top talent.
